Simply email your request to coco mado by filling out the form on the left.
Once we have received your request we will endeavour to answer within 24 hrs. Should you
wish to purchase an item from our website, please specify the name of the item, we will be
able to tell you if the item is available and ask if you need any specific size or have any other
request.
Payment Options
Personal Cheques and Money Orders will be accepted. We will email you back and confirm
the total price and shipping and ask that you send a cheque or money order in advance to
the address in our return email, once we have received your payment and processed it, it
will be our pleasure to ship out your items. NSF cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Shipping ONLY Within Canada.
Items will be shipped by Canada Post. Shipping charges for items will be calculated
depending on weight and where you are located within Canada.
coco mado is located in Mississauga, Ontario. Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.
Returns
Any unused products may be returned for refund at buyers expense within 30 days of
purchase. Any defective products may be returned for refund or replacement free of
charges within 30 days of purchase.
